Jazpreet - My Trip to Las Vegas
Did you know that I went to Las Vegas? First we went to Blue and Green Hotel.
Then we went to the store and we bought some things we needed for the hotel room. We bought cups to drink from and some plates for eating.
Then when it was nighttime, my family went to Circus Circus. My mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, brother and I all went together in the big car.
When we got to Circus Circus, got to see a special show. People were swinging to each other back and forth, back and forth way up high in the sky. It was called a trapeze. We were hearing some music. It was like a beautiful band. The performers were wearing clothes like swimming suits. The color of the girl’s suit was pink and the boy’s was blue.
Next, we played games, and it was fun. We played the game where you shoot water in the clown’s mouth and whoever’s balloon pops first wins. My dad and I won a prize. We won two teddy bears for my brother and me.
Next, when we left and were driving to eat, we saw those fountains where the water spouts. They go: one right, one left, one straight. There were lights shining on the water and when the music stops, the water stops.
Then we went to eat juicy burgers at In-n–Out, and also got some water. We even got In-n-Out stickers that were a puzzle we had to put together.
After In-n-Out Burger, we went to a toy store. My dad got me a stuffed animal that was like a cute bear. I love my dad and my mom!
I love to go to Las Vegas; it is fun.

My Disneyland Birthday
Did you know that my ninth birthday will be on October 23rd? We are going to celebrate my birthday at Disneyland by going on the great, big rides with my family. We will be staying there for a week. I want to go on all the rides, but mostly, I want to go on the fast roller coasters because I’ve never been on one that goes in the sky around and around. I’ve seen roller coasters before and they’ve looked fun, but they were scary. This time my mom will be going on it with me so I won’t be scared. She knows that I want to not be scared of falling off the roller coaster.
I do not know what I’m going to see. I wish for it to be cool and beautiful. I can’t wait for my birthday. I am excited that my birthday is coming and finally we are going to Disneyland!
